This Privacy Policy explains how Optival (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the website at optival.amaagra.com (the “Site”). The Site is an informational website about Optival; it does not offer accounts, logins, or online purchases.
What we collect
We do not ask you to submit personal information to browse the Site. We collect only what is necessary to operate and secure it:
- Technical log data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs — your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the pages you request, referring URLs, and timestamps. This is used to serve the Site, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- No accounts, no forms. The Site currently has no sign-up, contact form, or comment feature, so we do not collect names, emails, or payment details through it.
Cookies and similar technologies

Third-party services
- Hosting (Vercel). The Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the technical log data above on our behalf as a service provider.
- Web fonts (Google Fonts). Some pages load fonts from Google’s font CDN. When your browser fetches a font, your IP address is transmitted to Google. We use this only to display the Site’s typography.
How we use information
We use technical log data to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymised in the ordinary course.
Your rights

Children
The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
